Step 1: Look just below where it says "Our Services."

Step 2: Each service is labeled by either the sport, or the location.

Step 3: Click on one of the labeled boxes below where it says" Our Services" to continue finding what sport or location you're looking for.

Step 4: When you've chosen a particular sport/location, scroll down to select a specific session you'd like to book. You will also have the option of requesting a specific trainer.

Step 5: Select a date on the calendar, along with your preferred time and trainer.
