(60-Minute) Goalkeeper Private Session
Work with an Academy Goalkeeping Trainer 1-on-1 with a personalized session focused on the player.
Service Description
For Goalkeeper Training, we will work on the following: Ball-handling. Positioning and positional awareness. Reflex/reaction drills. Securing high balls from cross-ins. Footwork - goal kicks, lobbing the ball, receiving and distributing the ball under pressure. Over-hand and under-hand throws. Good posture when shuffling towards the ball. Safe diving techniques. Giving verbal commands to your backline and other teammates. Timing when to come off your line for 1v1's. Taping your wrists and fingers for better support and protection. Our staff and trainers will provide all the necessary training equipment to your preferred location. It is the client's responsibility to select an available field location.
